HOW LONG DO REPAIRS TAKE?
We want to get your device back to you in working condition as soon as possible. These are estimated times for repairs but times can vary based on part availability and repair queues.
We strive for no more than 48 hours, once a repair is started. This is usually the maximum time frame for things like diagnostics, OS Installations, Data Transfers,Malware/Virus Removal, etc.
Sometimes it may take longer; i.e. 3-6 days for any repairs that require parts to be ordered or for Data Recovery, Custom Builds etc.
